making difficult-to-bond substrates and low energy surfaces suitable for
bonding with LOCTITE® instant adhesives. Ideal for polyethylene,
polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and thermoplastic rubber
materials, it fluoresces for quality control and inspection.
