Easy Phos 300gm Aerosol

EASY PHOS is a waterless phosphate specifically designed as a single stage degreasing pre-paint treatment for steel and aluminium.  

The metal is sealed by an organic polyphosphate layer, holding off rust and other contaminants.  No heating is required to the solution and it can be applied by brush, dip, pump-pack sprayer or using a spray gun.
 
EASY PHOS phosphate spray can be used on almost any kind of metal surface which needs sealing and will air-dry (from spray) in 3-5 minutes, or in up to 30 minutes if dipped.  Should rapid curing be required, EASY PHOS can be baked at 95C for up to five minutes.

Temp coating for raw metals & alloys, preventing finger marks or rusting for up to 6 months (in sheltered areas)
Highly recommended as a sealer for freshly blasted steel panels and parts
