This 6-piece set contains 6 of the most popular Splines we manufacture. The set has been developed from the core of the auto design industry. Splines are used to read and interpret surfaces, identify areas for repair (referred to as highs and lows), check for alignment, set gaps, apply filler and all aspects of sanding. Once you start using these tools and seeing the results, perfect bodywork becomes easy.

Final Blocks 
6-piece detail sanding block set. As the name suggests, this product is designed specifically to be used during the final stages of the sanding process before final paint application and the cutting stages in preparation for polishing. The 6 pieces of varying densities allow paint correction for a range of surface shapes and grit levels. These multi facet Final Blocks have the autobody technician and detailer in mind. The Final Block's allow sanding of details with ease, while maintaining a full cutting surface. Melomotive aims to produce products that improve efficiency and increase quality in the refinish process. Final Blocks are ideal for those looking to achieve quality results.

Applicators
Included is our popular 7 piece master applicator kit. The combination of applicators is ideal for most surfaces and forms. This kit will allow you to spread filler smoothly and accurately. Using bigger, longer and thicker applicators will dramatically reduce application time, save material, create less mess, less sanding, and ultimately achieve accurate body work with less effort. Each applicator has been carefully created to optimise size and material gauge, increasing in thickness with each size for the right amount of flexibility.

Dura-Blocks
A combination of the most practical Dura-Block sizes suited for everyday use. Dura-Blocks are made from closed cell EVA foam. They are CNC machined from a solid material for accuracy and longevity. They are ideal for dry sandpaper sanding, through to final wet sanding, to achieve a perfect finish.

Sweep Set
9 - Piece sweep set has several uses that radically improve accuracy and repair time around any surface that is curved. Sweeps allow sanding into corners and surfaces that square traditional blocks simply don’t allow. When used as a profile gauge, a sweep allows fast checking of consistent profiles across a surface to accurately find inconsistencies for repair. 

Mini Spline Set
This 6 piece set is ideal for blocking smaller detail areas to achieve a perfectly flat finish. When used with coarse papers the blocks are great for roughing filler in detail areas and feature lines. For sanding primers and surfaces, the hardness will cut highs quick and not allow the block to “fall” into low areas. Combined with adhesive backed abrasive paper or folded regular papers they are small enough to fit in between panel gaps to tune and square up edges.
