It can be used on vehicles, trailers, fences & gates, iron railings and staircases, sheet metal, cast iron, outsides of tanks, lawn equipment, mower decks, farm equipment, tractors to name just a few. It will not work on aluminium, copper, stainless steel or galvanised metal. As a general rule, Rust Converter is a good solution to fixing rust on items you would consider painting.

Covers 12-15 Square Meters.

Directions:

Clean off all flaking and loose rust, greases, or oil. To help with penetration you may dampen the rusted area with clean water. Apply Austtech with a brush, spray equipment or roller ensuring the area receives a lilberal coating. Work in well with a brush. Curing time ay be 4 to 24 hours depending on weather conditions. Allow to dry. When dry ( blue black in colour ) remove residual rust if any with a brush or cloth. Product is not a preventative coating apply only yo rust. Treated surface may be over coated with most paint systems.
